Playground University
Don't know where to start? You've come to the right place.
For the past 28 years we have been working with customers just like you, helping to create a customized playscape that fits your needs and exceeds your expectations. This process can be intimidating - but it doesn't have to be. It can be fun. Let us help.
Step 1: Determine your playground needs
Step 2: Meet with your experienced Recreation Consultant
Our recreation consultants have over 45 years combined experience in designing and installing playgrounds. We have 3 certified playground safety inspectors on staff and have been serving South Texas since 1981.
Our sales consultant will meet with you at your site and help you pinpoint the parameters listed above. They will then create a few design options for your review.
Step 3: Select your playground design
At Park Place, we design with fun in mind - creating playgrounds that challenge kids and engage their imagination while meeting all current safety and accessibility standards.
Our design process is fully interactive - choose one of our pre-designed play systems or work with our design team to create a custom playstructure that fits your space limitations and budget.
Our equipment is completely customizable. We like to think of each element of the play system as giant building blocks - how you combine them is up to you!
Browse our selection of Pre-designed Play Systems to get an idea of what you like. We have over 150 different options to choose from, sorted by age appropriateness and price.
Give your playground style - choose one our themed color combinations or create your own custom palette.

Play is an important part of
a child's physical, mental and social development. Play allows kids to
develop motor skills and burn off excess energy. Play helps children
develop communication and negotiation skills, gives them the opportunity
to assume leadership roles as well as gain an understanding of the world
around them.

Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act On August 14, 2008 President Bush signed into law the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. This legislation seeks to regulate the amount of certain substances in children's products. These substances include heavy metal in coatings, phthalates, and lead in substrates. This legislation requires rigorous 3rd party-testing of manufacturer's products to ensure compliance. All products manufactured by Miracle Recreation comply with this new legislation.
